DAY 1 - 25
LLTT changed my body and mindset, therefore I love it. I never thought working out for 60 min a day could make that change possible.
I wake up every morning excited, knowing my body has slightly changed over night.

2018 - 2020
The daily workout is addictive, not only because you feel your muscles changing, but it´s so nice to see the peach gang and workout together.
I learned how to control my body and improve my balance. Perfect for a runner like me.

LLTT taught me how to work with perseverance, think about every movement and appreciate my body efforts every single day. I feel strong, lean and proud.

After an Injury I really wanted to take advantage of the 30 day challenge and get back into training. I am so happy I found LLTT. The feeling of knowing your body and being at peace with it. I feel like that after every class with you, which makes it so worth getting up early for the live class.

Thank you dear Réks, for your persistence, motivation (gotta looooove your stories and emails you send) and honesty. And for always being this jolly, positive, strong and a fun character to be around. Working out with you is fun!

I had a kid 10 years ago and I’ve always been very sporty. After birth I thought I skip the specific postnatal exercises, I found them boring and I thought with all the exercise I’m doing I’ll be fine. But all those years now I had problems with the bladder and my pelvic floor strenght. Jumping, laughing, coughing, often ended with drops of pee in my pants. I’ve been doing your workout for some months now, and it has gotten so much better!! My fear is gone! I could jump up and down and laugh out loud of happiness, quite literally! And therefore I want so say: I thank you deeply!

JAN - APR
I literally never thought I could have abs. I thought I just didn’t have the body genetically for it. Well, 6 weeks of LLTT later I have beautiful lines and am pulling out the crop tops - something I’d never thought I’d feel comfortable in.

JUL - DEC
I can’t believe I’m saying this but I think about LLTT when I’m having sex. I can feel my pelvic floor for the first time and I have so much more control over the contractions… let me just say my relationship is even better than before.

I'm also having the best sex of my life and can literally feel my pelvic floor for the first time ever.
